Acquisitions

UltraVision has designed, manufactured and markets a complete ultrasound system and owes no part of its properties to any outside parties.  UltraVision does not manufacture all the transducers it may want to develop a particular market but the manufacturers of those transducers are willing to sell at reasonable prices.

UltraVision has no need or desire to acquire an other entity as it can manufacture all of its markets requirements to its best cost advantage.
