Employee Contracts

All employees have been given a copy of , and have access to, the Employee Policy and Procedures Manual and all employees have signed copies of the Non-Disclosure and Confidentiality Agreement, The Proprietary Information and Inventions Agreement, and the Non-Competition and Non-Solicitation Agreement.

All employees have been with the company for at least 3 years and some  participate in the Stock incentive plan as shown in the Capitalization Page.
