The product is shipped to a customer with a 60 month warranty on parts and workmanship. The customer pays the freight and insurance in and UltraVision pays for the repair and freight and insurance back.

The user can upgrade the software and firmware from the website winprobe.co.

There is one electronic upgrade available to our early users that they are charged $400 for plus freight and insurance both ways.
